All prices exclude freight and GST and are subject to change without notice. A quotation offer (proforma invoice) does not give rise to a binding contract unless you confirm the order and complete the payment which we subsequently accept. You are agreeing to make payment of the price once we accept your order.
The prices are referenced in New Zealand dollars and prices are available in New Zealand only.
In unlikely circumstances after quotation offer (proforma invoice), the goods or services may no longer available for your order, we reserve our right to cancel your orders. If there is an error from the instance quotation offer for our products and services or technical error on our website, we also reserve our right to cancel your orders. This right applies to the orders which have been accepted.
In case of out of stock items or special models order, you agree to make payment of 50% deposit for us to accept and confirm your order. The complete balance of 50% is due upon shipment arrival to our warehouse in New Zealand before dispatch and delivery to you. The balance of 50% is due by 7 days from the date of the issued invoice. We reserve the right sue and charge interest on the payment for 3% per month from the outstanding balance if you are not complete the payment by the invoice due date. (calculated daily from the due date until the payment has been received in our bank account)
The special model orders are subject to be confirmed your order by signing the quotation offer (proforma invoice) and completed a 50% payment deposit.
The date of arrival of your special order or out of stock items that we prior informed is the approximate arrival date, the accurate date of delivery of your order to your address will be confirmed upon the arrival goods in our warehouse in New Zealand. We are not responsible for any delay which may occur from the oversea shipment in any circumstances.
We will deliver the goods to your providing address in the invoice within a reasonable time at your cost. We will not be liable to you for the late delivery in any circumstances.
The customer is obligated to open and inspect the goods delivery for the damage, loss or mistake of your order from the invoice. We reserve the right to reject all the claims after 5 days from the receiving date of your order. Any claims fined beyond this period will not be accepted for the credits. All the claims are subjected to provide us with the details and photos.
The display of product photos and measurements may look different from the actual product due to the difference of monitor screens and different shipments.
The displayed colors and details on the website may vary or distort from different computers or devices.
The product measurements are approximate and may not very accurate in each panel provided dimension.
Subject to your statutory rights, including under any applicable consumer law, the following terms apply to the return of goods;
Change of mind: we will only accept a change of mind return within 14 days of the date of your order delivered to you. Subject to these terms and conditions, we will charge a 15% restocked fee. All the returns must be informed us in advance to get approved of goods returning number and you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to our warehouse. The goods returns are subject to be inspected and approved before the credit.
The goods return must be in the original packing without any damaged, unused or modified.
All the goods return freight expenses are bound at your cost unless the return of the goods is delivered incorrectly.
We do not provide a return and refund if you change of mind for the special order purchase. However, if the goods are faulty, we will meet the obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
