Noble Stone’s decorative panels stand out because of its easy installation. These are light weight and resistant, with a design made to fit perfectly offering an easy assembly. Moreover, its adjustment to each stay is fast and easy, whether flat surfaces, corners or columns. These are presented in panels of approximately 1 sqm. and it is easier to estimate the quantity of needed panels. Noble stones panels are installed quickly since its assembly is easy: cut, paste, joint and retouch. These can be assembled by only one person in a short period of time, with no construction work needed. Therefore, the installation can be optimized and the costs on wall covering can be improved.
Mounting polyurethane decorative panels by Panespol® is a particularly simple process, offering several advantages over more traditional wall covering methods. They are easy transportable. No building knowledge is required to mount them, so specialist teams are not necessary. Neither dirt nor dust is generating in their assembly. Without the need for building work to be carried out, noise is kept to a minimum. There is no damage or loss due to the great strength and robustness of polyurethane as a material.
The ‘hands-on’ process for mounting Panespol® panels is not labor-intensive. The steps to follow have been illustrated in the following.
Measurements can be made by dry fitting panels or measuring voids, using tape measure and chalk marker. Cutting our panels by hand saw is very simple, in case you need a tailor-made size or for corners & columns. We recommend a skill saw. A drywall rasp is also effective tool to smooth cuts in size you needed. Cutting the panels will create some dust, prepare the basics ie; safety glasses, breathing protection and vacuum.

Measure the surface, to find out the total number of square meters required. Then choosing your desired panels and match your square meters required with our each panel model to find out the total number of panels needed (the average coverage area each panel is 1 sqm.)
Before starting panel installation, make sure the surface is cleaning to remove dirty & dust. The surface to which you attach your panels must be smooth. Otherwise there will not be enough surface for the glue to adequately bond the panel with the surface, if the old surface is uneven, the new panel will also be uneven and this will effect the final appearance.
If there is a corner always start the installation with the corner. Then, install our panel for a big space required to work your way horizontally. Making sure, each panel and row is level and secure.
Spread a thick layer of adhesive glue across the back of the panel. Press the panel evenly against the surface to distribute the adhesive. Make sure the panels are lined up tightly against one another. For the best adhesive, using screw to tighten the panels.
Apply Malissa Panespol to glue on tongue of each panel together. Flashing time, then apply joint paint to blend in joint tongue colour. Finally, the complete installation can match colour with re-touch and pigment for a perfectly appearance.
